Northeast Florida Heating & Air provides service, installation, and maintenance on all makes and models or heating and air conditioning equipment. Our expertise includes, but is not limited to, working with all types of air conditioning systems, chillers, gas and oil units, heat pumps, electric heaters, refrigeration, pneumatic and electronic controls, as well as computer room systems.
Repair
After scheduling an appointment, you can expect a technician to perform a full diagnosis on your system. One charge is designated for our diagnosis with a flat rate for repairs. The Northeast Florida Heating & Air technician will provide you with a clear estimate for approval prior to making any repairs.
Installation
When it comes to purchasing a new heating and cooling system, we understand that our customers are looking for the highest level of service, at the most reasonable cost. Northeast Florida Heating & Air is happy to provide both. We sell high quality equipment with your budget in mind. We will keep you up to date on manufacture rebates and specials, when available. You will be satisfied from the first day you call for your free system estimate to the day we start up your new equipment.
Indoor Air Quality
It's a fact: "Indoor air can be up to 70 times more polluted than outdoor air." (US Environmental Protection Agency) We offer a variety of indoor air quality solutions, such as filtration systems, UV lights, duct and unit cleaning, microbiocide and much more.
New Construction
Northeast Florida Heating & Air has been involved in the new construction and development on many commercial build-outs. Our references include NAS Jax, AT&T Wireless, Nine West, Shands Phase 2, Census Bureau, East Coast Ophthalmic, US Fish and Wildlife and many more. We also do residential homes and additions.
Maintenance
Our residential Preventative Maintenance Service is a 15 point safety check that includes the following:
- Clean the outside condensing coil. (chemical cleaning extra)
- Check operating pressures.
- Check for proper refrigerant charge and possible leaks.
- Check condition of evaporator coil.
- Check temperature at the return and supply air.
- Clean condensate drain and pan.
- Lubricate all moving parts where accessible.
- Check belt and adjust tension.
- Check and recommend filter maintenance schedule.
- Check all safety controls.
- Check voltage and amperage to all motors.
- Check the operation of the compressor contactor.
- Check the start capacitor and relays.
- Check all wiring and connections inside the unit.
- Inspect thermostat for accuracy.
Our commercial preventative maintenance check varies with the equipment on site. We will perform a free site survey and supply you with a written estimate for our proposed preventative maintenance service.
